Opening event to the 60th anniversary of the Europa-Kolleg Hamburg

As a prelude to this years 60th anniversary events professor Brun-Otto Bryde, judge at the german constitutional court ret., will give a talk on May 14th, 2013 on"The develpoment of Europe as a democratic commenwealth - challenges for democracy" at the city hall of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
